- Defect Recognition - Ability to utilize quality tools to measure particle sizes and determine acceptance based on the appearance standards / job books.
- Able to make decision on parts being audited for accept /reject status
- Ability to track data on tracer sheets for accurate defect reporting
- Ability to work independently, with all quality tools, and efficiently to ensure customer shipping commitments
- Knowledge of surface class call out for accurate inspection
- Ability to understand label verifications, packaging and validation of compliance
- Understanding and proficient in quality standards, job instructions, and defect recognition
- Ability to communicate with Quality Engineering, and Team Leaders
- Experience in inspection of painted products
- Comprehension in appearance standards, measuring tools
- Ability to pass Farnworth Color Testing
- Highschool Diploma/GED
- Consistently meet or exceed established productivity and quality levels
